Warranty and Return Policies - Termic Ltda
Cobertura:
Todos los productos vendidos por Termic Ltda cuentan con una garantía directa del fabricante, diferentes cláusulas, sujeta a tiempos y condiciones especificadas en manuales y documentos de cada producto. Termic actúa únicamente como intermediario en el proceso.
Garantías Generales
1. Garantía Legal:
El derecho a la garantía legal, significa que dentro de los primeros seis meses de la entrega del producto o servicios, las y los consumidores deciden entre 3 opciones:

Devolución del dinero.

Cambio de producto.
-
Reparación gratuita.
2. En qué casos aplica la Garantía legal:
La garantía legal aplica cuando:
a) el producto vendido presenta fallas o defectos que impiden su uso normal, siempre que no se hayan producido por culpa del consumidor.
b) el producto no es el mismo que fue informado en la publicidad, envases o paquetes, como puede ser el caso de una camisa que tiene características distintas a las señaladas en la publicidad
c) En caso de los productos realizados “a pedido” que no cumple las indicaciones solicitadas y acordadas. Por ejemplo, un traje de vestir o una joya con un determinado material.
3. Requisitos para Acceder a la Garantía:
El cliente deberá presentar:

Factura original de compra.

Producto completo, en su empaque original, con todos sus accesorios y manuales.

Informe suministrado por revisión técnica.
4. Causas de Anulación de Garantía:

Daño físico, manipulación incorrecta o faltantes.

Alteración de sellos de garantía.

Daños causados por software no incluido por Termic.
-
Daños por descargas eléctricas o condiciones ambientales adversas.

No seguir atenta y estrictamente las instrucciones indicadas en los manuales, incluyendo exclusiones propias de cada producto indicada en los manuales.

Exceder el tiempo de garantía especificado.
5. Consideraciones de Reclamo:

El diagnóstico de garantía se realizará dentro de las 72 horas hábiles posteriores a la recepción del producto.

No se aceptan devoluciones salvo por errores de despacho, en cuyo caso el trámite debe hacerse dentro de los 2 días hábiles posteriores a la factura.
6. Reparación o Reemplazo:
Si se aprueba un reclamo de garantía y no hay productos de características similares disponibles para el reemplazo, se emitirá una nota de crédito que podrá usarse para adquirir otros productos en la empresa. No se realizarán reembolsos en efectivo.
7. Exclusiones de Garantía:
Productos alteraciones del producto, cambios en su estructura o modificaciones en ciertos accesorios no tienen garantía o devolución, según los casos específicos mencionados en la política.
8. Responsabilidad por Envío:
Los costos de envío para procesar la garantía son responsabilidad del cliente.
9. Términos Finales:
Al aceptar la factura de compra, el cliente reconoce haber leído y aceptado estas políticas de garantía, renunciando a cualquier reclamo que no esté cubierto por las mismas.
